Add every budget item

In the Budget tab, add a line item for each category as you book vendors. Pick the category from the dropdown.

Common questions

How do I share this with my partner?

Each device has its own copy. The simplest way: export a backup (Dashboard) and email the JSON file to your partner. They can import it on their device. To sync changes back, repeat the process.

What if I clear my browser cache?

Your data lives in browser storage, so clearing the cache wipes it. Always export a backup before clearing cache, switching devices, or doing any browser maintenance. We recommend exporting weekly.

Can I print this for offline use?

Yes. Use your browser's Print function (Cmd+P on Mac, Ctrl+P on Windows) on any tab. The Guest List and Budget print especially well as tables.

What if my wedding date changes?

Just update the date in the header at the top. The countdown and all date-based reminders update automatically.

How do I assign guests to tables?

In the Guest List tab, set each guest's table number. They appear automatically in the Seating tab grouped by table. You can also drag guests directly in Seating.

My data is gone. What happened?

Most common causes: cleared browser cache, switched to a different browser (each browser has its own storage), used Incognito or Private mode (which deletes everything on close). Import your latest backup to restore.

Is my data really private?

Yes. Everything stays in your browser's local storage. Nothing is ever sent to a server. No account needed. No tracking. The file itself does not even need internet to work.
