Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any LaunchLab app for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase at hello@launchlabhq.co and we will give you a full refund. You do not need to give a detailed reason. This applies to one-time app purchases and bundles.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@launchlabhq.co from the address you used to buy.
• Tell us which app or bundle you bought.
• We will process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Your EU and UK cancellation rights

If you are an EU or UK consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. Because our apps are delivered instantly, this right ends once you open and start using your app (you agree to this at checkout). Our 30-day money-back guarantee is more generous than this right, so in practice you are covered either way.
