These terms apply when you buy or use any LaunchLab HQ app or use our website. By buying or using our apps, you agree to them. LaunchLab HQ is operated by Antonis Michail, based in Cyprus. Contact: hello@launchlabhq.co.
Our products are digital budgeting and planning apps. When you buy one, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal finances. You may not resell, redistribute or share your access with others.
Prices are shown in your local currency where possible and include VAT where it applies. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription, unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
Our apps are delivered immediately after purchase. If you are an EU or UK consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. By buying and opening your app right away, you ask us to start delivery immediately and you acknowledge that this 14-day right no longer applies once access has begun. This does not affect our own money-back guarantee below, which is more generous.
If you are not happy with your purchase, email us within 30 days at hello@launchlabhq.co and we will refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
Please do not misuse the apps or website, attempt to break their security, or use them for anything unlawful.
We own the apps, the website and their content. Your license to use an app does not transfer any ownership to you.
Our apps are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
